Kathryn and Jared’s wedding was a unique mix of two different styles. And they fit perfectly together.
The day started off at Kathryn’s parents house, and included prep at a gorgeous barn on the family property, a visit with Kathryn’s horse Cooper, and everyone in cowboy boots! Needless to say, Stacey was in heaven documenting the girl’s prep time out on the farm! Kathryn’s dress was the perfect fit, and came courtesy of Bella Couture in Mt. Laurel … while the beautiful veil came from Carriage House in Homewood. All of the bridesmaids’ hair and makeup was courtesy of Brittany Benton!
After that, it was off to the city for a gorgeous and classic wedding at First United Methodist in the heart of downtown Birmingham. We transitioned from farm fences to parking meters, and we couldn’t have been two more happy photographers! Kathryn and Jared are an amazing couple to photograph. They laugh together, smile together, and it was a true pleasure to shoot their portraits. They were so gracious to let us drag them around downtown, and didn’t even mind a little PDA prodding with folks looking on. :-)
The ceremony at First Church was followed by a stunning reception at Linc Point. The florals for the entire day were courtesy of Susan Huff, and the entire party planned by Mrs. Davis was put into action by Sarah Scholl. And last, but definitely not least, the delicious food was catered by Classic On Noble in Anniston.
All that to say ….
